Exchange and Return:

Please note that since our products are handwoven, we mostly have one of each kind at a time. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves delicate, each garment requires very careful handling. Hence, we are able to offer returns or exchanges only in extreme circumstances.

Returns:

1. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item.
2. Your return request should be sent by email to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
3. If you receive your order in aparcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and do not open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at [email protected] . call at +91 7848040546.
4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with the return request as per step 3.
5. Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return/exchange within 5 working days. Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back in original packing to Thread Saga at the below mentioned address within 5 days.
6. The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact.
7. We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.
8. Kindly note that the shall be refund in the form of store credits only. Please note Shipping Charges shall not be refunded unless a damaged/wrong product is sent by us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will immediately notify you and offer you store credits in the form of a voucher. The unique voucher can used against future purchases at Thread Saga anytime.

Exchanges:

1. 1. You may exchange your order within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. PLEASE NOTE WE EITHER EXCHANGE THE SIZE OR ISSUE STORE CREDITS ONLY.
2. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the goods reach us,we shall dispatch the exchanged product. Please note we exchange any product only ONCE and exchanged products shall not be exchanged again
3. You will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange. (Please note that incoming shipments into India from overseas can attract very high custom duty charges. Those will need to be borne by the customer in case of an exchange.) To and fro shipping charges will be applicable in case of overseas shipments.
